An update about the downtime/connection problems some of our clients have experienced yesterday: The problem was due to one of the major Internet providers (Time Warner) having their fiber cable cut in Louisville. Our hosting provider was immediately switched over to backup connection but some clients had problems persist for some time due to their own ISP not picking up new network routes and still trying to send internet traffic via old non-functioning route.
