An update for Prayer Warrior: The nurses have cut JDs vent back to 60% and have been able to cut back on some of his meds as well. They planned to continue the vent reduction throughout today. Cardiologist and Pulmonary doctors are pleased with his progress this far. JD fights to stay awake and breathe above the vent, writing questions on his palm, and that is counter productive to their plan of care for him. They have increased sedation again so he is totally out of it, which should help his recovery. JDs doctors cannot confirm whether there was a clot in his lung or not, but there is no explanation as to what caused this. Please continue to keep him in your prays, God is truly at work. Oh and some of you have asked how old JD is, he is 42. Very young, I know!!!! And VERY LOVED!!!
