An update on Patch & Cubby from their adopter, Michele: We adore Patch. I was sure Id never love another dog quite like Cubby but Patch has been chipping away at my heart!! He is such an attention and affectionate dog, so much fun to have around. Im constantly laughing as I watch he and Cubby play and interact. Patch is just like a little brother. He follows Cubby and copies so many things that he does. If Cubby gets up to go lay in another spot the Patch gets up and follows him. They also regularly go into the same crate. Just yesterday morning I was putting Cubby in his crate. He laid down and Patch followed in right into the same crate and laid almost on top of Cubby. Hes been so much fun! We did take him to his first horse show (with Cubby) a few weeks ago. He barked a lot at other dogs and/or noises. So, we may need to leave him at home with friends until he gets a little older and through the barking phase. He doesnt bark nearly as much at home. Im sure hell grow out of that.
