An update on the New Fitter Me. In May I had my annual checkup & lab tests. My cholesterol was 247, Now 153 =) blood pressure Was 130/86 Now 118/76 =) AC1 7.4 , Now 6.9 =) Glucose was 149, Now 92 =) and my BMI was 28.3 , Now 25.2 =) Weight was 160, Now 152 =) Went to a health screening on Friday and they gave us $50.00 to just do the screening and was I surprised by my results. I was equally surprised we they tacked on another $50.00 bonus for meeting their health standards =) still got a ways to go as I need to be able to run that 5k, but walking/jogging 3miles a day and changing a couple of my eating habits sure has made a BIG difference in just 7 weeks
