An update to this, we went by here on Saturday night, after dinner with friends downtown. Its a high ledge for me (53), but not at all for Eric (64) and the drop over the ledge is spine-tingling. Apparently people have fallen, but its not been as widely publicized. Im shocked the city hasnt made them fix it, as Ive never seen anything like it in our overly sanitized, safety-concious world. It was quiet at 9:30pm when we went, and it might be temping to chuck a ball for your dog, but anyone larger than a border collie could easily scale it.
