Ancient and Effective Pain Relieving Technique.......Self Healing......Got Pain ? Try This.... Any kind of pain in our body can be healed through this technique......This technique is ancient which is very effective...You dont have to have any kind of medicines or any kind of tools for using this....just by breathing u can get relief from the pain permanently....with one sitting or daily practice in case of pain which is there from the past many years / chronic pain.......pains from muscle spasms, joint pains, back pains, muscle cramps, pains due to menstrual cycles in women, head aches...all kind of pains... Technique: This technique is based on breathing and your ability to relax your body... Step 1: Sit straight comfortably and close your eyes...on the ground preferably on a cloth/ blanket... Step 2 : Take slow and deep breaths and relax your body, from the tip of your toe till your head....relaxing each and every part of your body...your left and right leg toes, ankles, calf muscles, joints, thigh muscles, pelvic organs, back, lower abdomen, upper abdomen, chest region, shoulders, left and right arms, neck, whole of head....here relaxing means, letting loose your muscles...Along with slow and deep breathing simultaneously you should relax your body... Step 3 : While taking deep breaths and relaxing, simultaneously focus on the pain, from where the pain is originating....the root of the pain...just focus your mind in that area where pain is arising...you can still go deeper and deeper, finding the root of the pain.....keep taking deep breaths and relaxing your body simultaneously....Do this for 15 minutes to 20 minutes After 20 minutes , slowly rub your eyes with both the palms of your hands and see the magic.....if any people having the pain over many years, they have to do it daily , early in the morning and in the evening...Dont do this immediately after you have the food or water.... My Experience with this ancient Technique : I have tried this over myself and found it very efficient....muscle catches or cramps gets immediately relieved within seconds..... I have tried this over two of my friends who were having pain from many years (one friend had severe back pain , the reason of the pain was unknown....and my other friend was having shoulder joint pain for over three years) and were not getting relief from Modern medicine....they have tried this technique and got cured of their pain in the first sitting....
