And I have made a decree: That if any whosoever, shall alter this commandment, a beam be taken from his house. and set up, and he be nailed upon it, and his house be confiscated. Ezdra 6:11 Many have no concept of true nature of covenant theology because they cannot except that Catholicism is the fulfilment of Judaism. A covenant includes a curse. Jude 1 DRB says Jesus who saved the Israelites during the time of Egypt afterwards destroyed those who did not believe. The Israelites living lives of sin as soon as they entered the desert made a false god. The golden calf. God made a covenant with the Jews that he would be their God as he did with Abraham. He sealed this covenant in the blood of the curse. They were constantly reminded of this curse by the required sacrifices of the mosaic law. When a covenant is broken those who take on the covenant promise take on the curse of death. The law was given and the Israelites swore on their own death to uphold the covenant. The Israelites broke the covenant but God could not go back on his promise to Abraham that his seed will be more numerous than the stars. So the one who formed the Covenant in perfect love would willing take on the curse to keep the promise. No greater love then a man has then to give his life for another. A beam was taken and he was nailed upon it. In order to fulfil the promise to Abraham and at the same time follow through with the covenant curse due to the Israelites violating the covenant, God had to die and a New and Everlasting covenant was established. God at the last supper said I strongly desire to celebrate this Passover with you God came to put in place his Catholic universal covenant through baptism into Christ Jesus which makes you an heir to the promise of Abraham. Seed as numerous as the sands. The sign of this covenant is no longer the shedding of the blood of animals as a reminder of the covenant and the curse but the sacrifice of the Holy Mass which continous as a reminder of the New Covenant promise to Abraham until the end of time. 24 Wherefore the law was our pedagogue in Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after the faith is come, we are no longer under a pedagogue. 26 For you are all the children of God by faith, in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as have been baptized in Christ, have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek: there is neither bond nor free: there is neither male nor female. For you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you be Christs, then are you the seed of Abraham, heirs according to the promise. This is the blood of the New and everlasting covenant. Do this in remembrance of me. Remembrance in Greek is Anamnesis it means offer this memorial sacrifice. The memorial of the ever lasting covenant the true unblemished lamb of sacrifice put in place when he said It is finished It is consummated. The new priesthood has been established that will offer a worthy sacrifice has been established. The Kingdom of David and the mountain of the Lord and the New Sion has been put in place to perpetuate the truth of the eternal covenant and the curse God took upon himself for the promise to Abraham and love of his creation. O you foolish Galatians whom before your very own eyes Christ is portrayed as crucified. We have an altar at which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat of. Behold Israel according to the flesh are not those who offer the sacrifice partakers of the altar. Like the type of the true Covenant before who waited 50 days before the law, the apostles even told to do this in memory of Christ did not immediately go out and start breaking bread, why? Because the power of the spirit had not yet decended, the Holy Spirit who will through the new priesthood of the high priest Melchizedek through the Holy Spirit change the bread and wine into the body and blood of Christ as the anamnesis in order to do exactly as God prescribed them to do. He who has the bride is the bride groom when the bride is away they will mourn. The time between the Sabbath and Pentecost is the fifty days of mourning until the consummation of the marriage at Pentecost. At the time of the Sabbath the first fruits of barley are offered in the temple. 50 days later the more refined wheat is offered. Unless a grain of wheat shall fall and die it remains just a grain. At Pentecost the wheat was ripened the church was born as a bride prepared for a groom. And I saw the New Jerusalem as a bride Descend from heaven. And the church received the law written on its heart. The church is the pillar and foundation of truth. Christ our true paschal Lamb has been sacrificed let us keep the feast. Anamnesis
