And...Kathy and Bill just returned from the Chefs Collaborative in the beautiful city of Boulder, Colorado. Had a fantastic time eating great food, learning about issues and sharing answers, and meeting the inspirational, energetic and downright fun people on the chef side of the growing sustainable, local food movement. Chefs Collaborative works to fix our broken food system by engaging chefs in a network that inspires and educates them to change how they source, cook, and serve food. As they say, Change menus, change lives. Indeed.
