Today, however, while I was cleaning my kitchen in frustration, I choose your channel to inspire and distract the repetitive, negative thoughts in mind. Be kind to yourself. You brought me to tears, because I know its true. I do beat myself up; I have for some time now. I am hardest on myself and kind to everyone else..........
