And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. Acts 16:25 God teaches us that: 1st: We should praise and pray to God in the midst of difficulties. Paul and Silas were beaten. Trapped in the deepest place of imprisonment (the inner prison Acts 16:24). The Psalmist says: I will bless the Lord at all times. In I Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing. What is your reaction when faced with adversity? 2nd: Testimony: the prisoners heard them. What has been your attitude in the presence of others amid the struggles? His testimony makes a difference in peoples lives, look what happened after the prisoners hear the prayers and praises: But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm, for we are all here. The doors open, and all the prisoners there. Acts 16:28 God changes hearts. So remember, bless the Lord at all times, pray without ceasing, give good testimony forever. God bless you!
