Looks like one long shot, doesnt it? Well, guess what? It isnt! There are actually two cuts in that sequence, but theyre so invisible and well done that you have no idea you saw them! This also serves to explain why director Alejandro González Iñárritu deserves the Best Director Oscar: the film is FULL of these seamless illusions that give you the impression the film was shot in one take! Its a heck of an impressive technical tour-de-force!
