And for all those fiber artists from Purls and Prayers, eagerly awaiting it: here is my most challenging sweater--stranded body design with intarsia trees and reindeer. The reindeer have embroidered antlers and eyes, and the tree is garlanded with beads. Took me months to do this stranded knit sweater... but every minute was a joy. The yarn is yummy: a lustrous mixture of merino wool and bamboo, very soft to the touch.
