Dear all, I just received the Red List and Atlas and have started going through the Hesperiidae for nuggets that can go into my draft Hesperiidae revision. I am very impressed with the entire project and now the result. The illustrations of butterflies and habitats are excellent. The maps are a great help towards understanding South African butterflies. The levels of accuracy are very high. It must be among the best books of this nature ever to have been published. It is also less parochial than many natural history from your area in the way in which it treats species that only rarely reach South Africa ... contrary to much of what is seen from the UK, though this has been improving. So, my congratulations to all that have been involved in this work. I shall cherish my copy. All the best, Torben
