The crown may, which i doubt, own the minerals below, but access to the top is granted by the owner of the fee simple title. I would love some ex solicitor who has been disbarred because he stood against the corrupt system to stand up and comment on this. Even the retired Supreme Court Judge who said this with out saying it. He said it was bad LAW, that the legislation was BAD LAW or something to the effect. So to run about telling people they dont have the right to say no is bullshit and counter productive to the good of the movement.
