And here is the little chap, Takydromus, again. Didnt set out to catch him, but it became more or less inevitable as I was moving stuff around the cupboards. He was quite feisty and even gave me a nip, before I let him go in the garden. I am having quite a reptilian day, really, as while clearing out the yard I found these snakes eggs (each was plum-sized) under a tarp and sandbags around the back. My guess? Maybe Indochinese Rat Snake Ptyas korros? If a cobra, Id rather not know. (From time to time we think we glimpse the odd one.) Had a small Reticulated Python outside the house one night a year or so back. Whatever...the chickens and our small dog are still intact, anyway
