I am so PROUD of this young man ... ..Andrew .. says... at the age of 15 I knew I was born for events. 5 years later at the age of 20 I am honoured to be functioning as the National Executive Producer for Street Dance NZ. I have been apart of Street Dance NZ since volunteering in 2010 and have enjoyed learning and growing with this unique and passionate team. I have studied a Bachelor of Event Management at AUT and aim to graduate by 2016. Further more, I have a passion for the Hip Hop dance community and especially for our nations young people. I believe street dance is such an effective vehicle that our rangatahi can use to find their purpose and confidence in life. This love for the next generation motivates me to be at the frontline of our at-risk communities. As Soar director under 274 Crosspower Ministries, I also run an outreach street dance programme aimed at unlocking the potential of the South Auckland community. Other roles I have undertaken are those that delve in retail and performing arts. 2014 will be a huge year for Street Dance in New Zealand and I am blessed and excited to journey with this community. This is more than just a competition but a movement of people reaching their full potential.
