And it was beautiful!!! My eyes flew open at 4 am... TODAY IS THE DAY!!! My baby girl is getting married. We got up and scurried along to get to San Diego and have time to get ready with Lauren. The 2 hour drive was TORTURE!!! Her maid of honor Renee was the best!!!! She was attentive and available the whole time for Lauren, the sister she always wanted!!! The best mans wife did her hair... A stylist all the way from Oklahoma (hometown) we all were primping and giggling and crying while Tad the boys waited patiently. Lauren insisted on getting to the boat early to make sure it was all set up just as she planned. We got back to the hotel to finish getting ready and realized we had to cram in one car... What a fun and easy going group. We only had to wait on one guest for take off but she was worth the wait. The boat set out into a clear blue sky and my belly was tickling something wonderful. We had some time below deck together before the ceremony began... PRICELESS. It was difficult to create a guest list for such a small venue but I am so thankful it was so intimate and wonderful. The vows they proposed were thoughtfully written. Her-never leave your side even when you are mad about the chargers, Him-make you happy every day of my life. Joy beyond expression!!! A delicious dinner with a perfect view of the ocean all around us, a scrumptious cake that melted in your mouth. Dancing with the bride and groom, alot of laughter and hugs and kisses. A new chapter in life.... A new family.... And many many more reasons to count my blessings!!! Ahhhhh Breathe!!!!
