And it was, indeed, a good day. Not the 20 I had hoped for, but she got a 19, which in my opinion is just as good! Plus the star for the bus, makes this another very good day! There was a note about one of the activities Naomi participated in today, which had to do with giving directions (instructions) without pointing or touching anything. The teacher said she struggled a bit at first, but soon figured it out and was much improved, and by the end had taught her teacher how to make a jack-o-lantern. Im impressed, because I know thats one of the things Naomi struggles with, instructions/directions/etc. And Im hoping that this will in turn help her pay more attention to directions given on her classwork/homework with a focus on it translating into more real world applications for her future. The more changes we see, the brighter her future gets. :) Hope, Love, and Autism. - Ian
