And my editor, Fred Hatfield.... words fail when it comes to describing the impact he has had on my life. Ill never forget the day he asked me if I wanted to be a reporter (me, having never attended journalism college! Yikes!) He believed in me and mentored me. Can you tell I love my job? Fred has also been nominated for the outstanding photographer award in the Newspapers Atlantic Better Newspapers Competition, as well as best sports photo.
