And on a side note (to a conversation thats only actually taking place in my head, and even then Im barely paying attention), its interesting to observe the wide spectrum of responses we receive from others when we do what we need to do for ourselves to survive and sustain, physically and mentally.... No matter how good or bad our personal actions, methods, or coping mechanisms are in our personal survival challenges, the responses and reactions from others will inevitably range from total support, to inspiration, to questioning, to disagreement, to outright hostile objection. Even when these matters are personally our own and dont pertain to those others. Humans are disturbingly fascinating beings.
