.... And so the Great FB experiment rumbles on .... and I have the following observation ... Its incredibly interesting to see how people construe or interpret the posts of others on here .... and I would just like to say ..... In my experience, most people reading ANY post, will IMMEDIATELY make it about THEM .... So heres a little heads up about my stuff .... it invariably ISNT about YOU ... whoever YOU are, who is misinterpreting what I write .... However ... if you think it IS about YOU ... perhaps YOU need to reflect on why you think it would be about, or aimed at YOU ... The truth is .... I post VERY generally most of the time as a stream of consciousness, or in support of a friend or loved one. A lot of my posts are are in fact specifically aimed at supporting an individual as a result of a private message or conversation I have had with them. And By the way .... Just because I use swear words occasionally ... it doesnt mean Im angry ... Its just that the word expresses my thoughts about a situation at the time. None of us can know what is going on in another persons life, and therefore it is IMPORTANT that WE dont allow our own issues and Value judgements to cause us to become aggressively reactive or angry. There is ALWAYS two sides to a situation .... and shouting loudly and posting aggressively ... DOES NOT make that side right or truthful. Its JUST an opinion based on prejudice, and in a lot of times Fear or Guilt. So .... Chill out, Reflect, Take Responsibility for your OWN actions AND Reactions .... and hopefully you will be happier and emotionally healthier. Sending EVERYONE Positive Thought Energy and a SMILE :-) ..... Big LOVE !
