And the awesome dynamic duo award goes to..Andrew Lavish and Paula Sacchetti Lavish! These two are the cutest freakin things around. Friends AND teammates of mine, they continue to blow me away on a regular basis. Coming from personal experience,when couples experience a journey like this together, it really brings you closer together. Their energy is out of control (they put my toddler to shame!), they workout on a regular basis - zumba, spinning, hiking...INSANE!! I would be lying if I thought the energy stopped outside (wink, wink!). Keep going, TEAM LAVISH!! Enough about my take on it, a word from them... Our 100 day results speak for itself! We started our nutritional cleansing program in May. To date, Team Lavish has released 96 lbs and 102 inches of fat NEVER to be heard from again! 8.5 feet of fat released safely, without starving or depriving ourselves! Paula says, What makes me so confident this time around that I wont gain it all back? Ill tell you. Every other time, I was on a diet. Doing something temporary for a finite period of time. It was unsustainable over the long-term, so no wonder as soon as I went off the diet, the weight came back. What else did I expect? Who ordered the epic failure with a side of shame and self-condemnation? .....but this time, Im not on a diet. Ive changed my lifestyle. Ive changed me. Ive reset my body and my mind. I started on a program that IS sustainable for the rest of my life. Its here to stay along with my newfound health and fitness. Its not a lie and its not a trick...its nutritional good sense. And it matters to me, my husband, and my children! Yup, this time I WIN!! MAN! I love these two!!!
