And the reason I dont do the thankful thing is because I totally forget.... I guess I can just catch up. Day 4: I am thankful for my parents. They have always been by my side no matter what. I love that my dad is a hard working man and that he has taken Kevin in and loves him like he was his own son. I love my mom because she has always been the kind hearted person I wigs I could be but I am too much like my daddy. I know I can always ask them anything and I will always get a truthful answer. They are wonderful grandparents to my children. I couldnt of asked for a better set of parents for me or grandparents for my children. Barbara Sanders Day 5: I am thankful for my sister. (Both of them) one I got to grow up with and one I didnt. I am thankful for Ashley because she was always there for me, we always had each others backs. She was the best aunt kailey could of asked for. Even though my boys will not get to meet her they will definitely know her and watch videos of her because I want them to know that they have an angel watching over them. I know in my heart she is with me daily and that she watches over my family but it is still very hard. Dont get me wrong I love my boys but looking at Knox is like looking at Ashley and sometimes it is hard to just look at him and not think about her and how much we miss her. I am also thankful for Stacey. I never got to meet her but I know one day I will. Every time someone in our family dies I always think about who they will have waiting on them when they get there. I know that when I die I will get to meet Stacey and reunite with Ashley and that is amazing to me..... Ashley Sanders Day 6: I am thankful for my church family. I have been to other churches but I never felt the closeness that I do at Rome Baptist. I love going to church because I feel at home there and those people love my family just like I was a part of theirs. I love it because they love children and want them to be involved. Thats what you need to grow a church. And even though my boys arent old enough to be a huge part of the church those people love my boys just the same. Rome baptist has changed my life and my families life and I am forever grateful. Day 7: I am thankful for my best friend. She has always been by my side since kindergarten. She is not only my best friend but a sister to me. She has always had the right things to say even when I didnt want to here them. I love her and am so grateful for her being in my childrens lives. She does more for my children then I ever imagined. I can count on her for anything. I love that she loves my kids like they were hers and also that she even loves my husband (not in that sort of way). She has not always gotten along with my boyfriends in the past and that just wasnt going to happen anymore so when I found Kevin one of the first things I told him was that he can either like my best friend or he could leave because she wasnt going anywhere...
