And the reason why the world did not do this is all political. Politicians hold a big share when it comes to petroleum, electricity, and all the other natural resources. If someone were to do this, the prices in petroleum and electricity will drop, since there is no end to solar power. You might think Im really dumb right now talking about petroleum here, but just think about it and itll all form a big picture.
