And the winner of the last round with a score of 28-19 is Gilad Pellaeon! It was a close match for awhile there but Dengar just couldnt cut it against someone as seasoned as Pellaeon. For todays match up we have the Moisture Farmer who raised the New Hope of the Galaxy, Owen Lars versus the Imperial ace pilot of the All Terrain Armored Transport, Maximilian Veers! Owen Lars, son of Cliegg Lars and step brother to Anakin Skywalker was a Moisture Farmer on Tatooine. He enjoyed the simple things in life, a hard days honest work. He married Beru Whitesun after Clieggs death and inherited the farm from his late father. Sometime afterwards, Obi-Wan Kenobi brings the New Hope of the Galaxy, Luke Skywalker, Owens step nephew, to be raised and cared for. Owen did the best her could with Luke, instilled his values on him. He was distrustful of the galaxy around him and wanted to keep Luke safe & isolated, afraid that one day he may end up like his own father, Anakin. Owen was stubborn, proud, hard working and pretty good with a blaster for a farmer. Keeping Tuskens away helps make him a good shot. Veers was almost immediately drawn to the AT AT while at the Imperial Academy. He believed they best personified his personality as well as the Galactic Empire. He graduated top of his class, showing surprising intellect and initiative, going above and beyond his mission parameters. He was promoted to Lieutenant upon graduation. Veers participated in several campaigns and his prowess allowed him to climb the military ranks swiftly. He is most famous for his part in the Battle of Hoth. He led the Imperial ground forces against the Rebel Base and destroyed the shield generator in a brilliant display of Imperial firepower. Veers has served under both Vader and Thrawn in his career(when Thrawn was Vice Admiral). He is aggressive and ruthless with a certain talent for destruction. Which of these two will win?
