And, this is my dog, Big Jake Cotton. He turned one on February 11th and has been in training since spring of 2013 to become a Seizure Response Service Dog for me. He was selected by an organization called Paws 4 Hope, LCA and he has spent the last 9 months in a Womens Prison Unit ins Wrightsville, Arkansas being trained by inmate trainers as a part of the Arkansas Paws in Prison Program. Over the next several months I will begin to share a story of why The 7 Minute Life is so important to me. Why I personally want to Do Less of the activities that just filled my day with busy-ness and I want to have the time to Be More aware of what is most important in life... priorities, purpose, faith, hope and love.
