Spread on cooled crust. Layer three: 1 small package coconut cream instant pudding**** 1 1/2 cups whole milk Mix until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip Toast 1 cup coconut. Sprinkle on top. ****I could not find Instant coconut cream pudding. I used the cooked one and made sure that I cooled it very well....in the freezer. I am waiting to see how it turned out!
