And thus ends 28 hours of absolute anxiety. you would think when you check a bag at the gate and personally hand it of to the person who has less than 30 feet to travel, that the bag would make it onto the plane. Nope. So, when I get to Lima, Ohio I dont have the bag containing my passport, social security card, TWIC card, safety deposit key, and oh yeah my computer. But everythings backed up - on a drive thats in the same bag! Theres a reason you hand carry something, and I would think its a reasonable expectation to have the airline accomodate you if youre willing to put up with their nonsense. Thankfully, I got my case back finally Along with my suitcase which they also misplaced. Good job United, good job...
