And to think Flexcushion really came to be in Avon, CT at the InnerSpace where Kathryn and I experimented with its use, taught other teachers to use it in privates and groups... and today Kim, Casey and the rest of the wonderful InnerSpace teachers continue the work- while Kathryn and I (and Connie Borho, Pam Garcia, Tonn and Michael... and many other wonderful Pilates educators) help take it global! Great manual with the help of some true pros in graphic design, photography, and copy editing helps too!
