And when I look at these pics I not only see a happy girl but I also see a girl with ambition, goals, a passion for life with the energy to finally live it to its full potential. I see a girl that tries new things, that can play and run with her kids, that has a new passion to help others feel the new happiness she feels everyday for just taking the small yet huge steps to change her life forever. I dont just see someone that lost weight or changed her hair color a million times. lol I see a fire in her eyes that is contagious to others, something I am very proud of, my life now has inspired many who didnt even think it was possible to be healthy to take the steps towards a new life and a new happiness. Weather it has been my family or friends or a total stranger just know all it takes is you being an example, stepping outside your comfort zone so others can see change is good, change is necessary, and change is contagious! I have NOT changed but my outlook on life has and I feel Blessed everyday to be able to share my story with truly anyone that will listen. My husband still loves me the same, my friends still love me the same, the only love that has changed is the love I have for myself and my health and in turn that has given me a new life. #allittakesis1 #changeisgood #loveyourselfenough
