And you know what else? Today is list day which is when the best seller lists are posted for LAST weeks releases. In my case Ill know how TAKING IT ALL performed this afternoon sometime. But you know what? Im not in the least worried. Because I trust yall and have absolute faith in yall so I know that YALL knocked it out of the ballpark. I dont hit the bestseller lists. My BOOKS do. And I have nothing to do with my books hitting bestseller lists. YOU are the ones who put books, ANY books, on bestseller lists. Not the author. READERS. And youve shown me time and time again how much you love and support me by putting my books on the bestseller lists so I have absolute faith and trust that yall will be AMAZING when the lists come out. So later today when I get the list placements Ill be sure to post how YALL did on the lists since YOU put me there, not ME. I figure yall should celebrate when a book you supported hits a bestseller lists because it is NOT the author who hits a list. An author can write the best book in the history of mankind but you know what? If READERS dont buy it? If readers dont love it and then recommend it to their friends and word of mouth is spread? It doesnt MATTER how great a book is. Because if readers dont buy/love/support a book or author? That book is going NOWHERE and thats the honest to God TRUTH. So if you ever wonder WHY I post a thank you to my readers for each and EVERY one of my releases? Its because I am sincerely thanking the very people who made that book successful. And that never gets old. Readers DESERVE gratitude from authors and readers DESERVE acknowledgement from authors that if it werent for readers their book wouldnt have succeeded. And I am never going to BE an author who forgets WHO makes my books a success and I never NOT going to thank my readers when one of my books hits a bestseller lists because I am VERY aware of who is responsible for my success. And its NOT me! xoxo
