Andalusia City Schools have scheduled three parent meetings for parents of ACS this summer. Any Parent, Grandparent, Aunt, Uncle, or Guardian are invited to attend any of these sessions. Your child does not have to be enrolled in the summer program to attend. All family of students of any grade level should benefit from these sessions. Tuesday, June 10th - 11:30am - 1pm - How to help your child with Reading presented by the Alabama Reading Initiative Regional Coach Rhonda Ayers. Tuesday June 17th - 3:30 pm - 5pm - ACS Counselors will work with parents to discover tools and strategies online to support your student with technology resources. Thursday, July 17th - 5:30pm - 7:00pm - How to help your child with Math and Science presented by the Alabama Math, Science, and Technology Initiative Regional Coach Kim Dove. They welcome any and all parents to attend any sessions which interests you. You do not have to attend the session that you signed up for, nor do you have to choose just one session. You may attend as many sessions as you would like. No registration is necessary, just come as you are. All meetings will be at the Andalusia Elementary School.
