Anderson, S Carolina; March 8, 2014: Man Injured In Early Morning Shooting In Anderson County Posted: Mar 08, 2014 5:33 PM EDT By WSPA Staff ANDERSON, S.C. - A man was injured in a shooting in Anderson County early Saturday morning. The shooting happened around 5:30 a.m. on Bryson Circle in Belton. According to an incident report obtained from the Anderson County Sheriffs Office, a deputy responded to the home after receiving a report of a shooting. When the deputy arrived he found a man inside the home screaming at another person. The deputy drew his gun and ordered the suspect, 24-year-old Justin Miller, of Anderson, and a woman, to comply with his orders and exit the residence. Miller, the woman and a third person, the homes owner, all exited the home and were detained by another deputy. According to the report, the deputy was conducting a check of the home and noticed a man, Charles Finley, walking up the hallway toward the front door suffering from a gunshot wound to his face and neck. Finley was ordered to lie of the porch of the residence as the deputy continued his search of the home. Nobody else was found inside the home and paramedics responded to the scene to treat Finley for his injuries. Finley was transported to AnMed Health Medical Center for his injuries, which appear to be non-life threatening. According to the report, all of the people inside the home know each other. No charges have been filed and the case is under investigation.
