Andhra not giving Adhar, ration card calling Chhattisgarh adivasis outsiders My name is Madkam Deva. I am calling from Krishnasagaram village, Burgamphad mandal of Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. We came from Chhattisgarh 15 years ago and govt has given us electricity, drinking water and voter cards. We do not have ration cards.Now Govt is taking pictures for Aadhar card in our village but telling us that we will not get that because we came from Chhattisgarh. Pls help us.
