From Womens Agenda! So were ahead of other thought leaders. Heres an excerpt from Andreas column: Do women have to act like men? No, but we do have to get inside the heads of men to understand why it is that we are still so much on the outside of boardrooms, executive management and the highest levels of government. Diversity and equity are not difficult to achieve when open discussion is about transparency, accountability and responsibility. Women need to think specifically about influencing the opposite gender, particularly boys. Talk to men’s groups, talk to the men in our lives, talk to the media, and give them the facts; convince them that balance is beneficial to all, including the women in their lives: daughters, wives, mothers, all.
