M2 is absolutely fantastic for 16th century repertoire. Its very loud, string tension is not as low as on earlier Gothic harps, string spacing is wider, easy to play, mostly doesnt need a stool or to be held between the legs - myself, I seat on normal chair, resting M2 on the floor, and feel good. Highly recommended.
