Andrew is doing really well. He really is. He is still not going - TopicsExpress

Andrew is doing really well. He really is. He is still not going to sleep as early as most 10 year olds, but it is normally before midnight which is a huge improvement. His stress and emotions are still something that we bring before The Lord, but we have seen huge improvement in that area as well. And let me tell you, he is putting on some bulk. It is a beautiful thing to see those pounds add up and to see the definition of his ribs and port disappear under a bit of padding. He is still only 63 pounds at 10 years old, but thats more than 10 pounds more than a couple months ago. It is a good thing! Amazingly, we are in October. This is a big deal as it means we only have a year left of treatment. Only a year! After fighting for 28 months, what is 12 more? Im starting to see the end, and it is a beautiful thing! I know this post is focused on Andrew, but tonight I ask for prayer for our baby. Little 2 year old Levi has a tiny mass on his nose that no one has yet to be able to diagnose definitively. They have ideas, be we are waiting to see a specialist. It is most likely nothing and I believe that, but so often, it seems like we dont fit into the most likely. A sore back is most likely a sprain, but I had a sarcoma ( cancerous bone tumor). A fever in a baby is most likely a virus, but my baby had a urachal remnant infected with staff. Swollen lymph nodes are most likely a virus or infection, but my son had leukemia. I do know that this little mass on my babys nose is most likely nothing, but until they tell me what it is....Im (we are) a bit of a mess. Please pray that we get answers quickly, that it is easily treated, and that The Lord hold our over stressed hearts together, keeping them from falling apart at the yet minuscule possibility, as we wait to know. When our burdens grow heavy with time or added weight, you continue to help us hold up our arms when we no longer have the strength. Thank you for continuing with us. But Moses hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. Exodus 17:12
