Andy Farrington Ive been spending a lot of time recently on Facebook completing a Photo Diary after a recent diagnosis of a terminal illness and one discussion yesterday was about courage in the face of adversity. My reply was that I didnt see courage in myself, but did see it in others. Anni my partner, is a weegie, I love Glasgow and yesterday I was proud to live in Scotland as my adopted home and even more proud of the displays of courage and bravery by the people of Glasgow who answered the call for help, without thought of personal safety, and waded in and out of The Clutha. Im astounded by you all and your selfless acts to do the right thing, and equally saddened by the event and the loss of life. As the days pass the world will realise that the 29th November 2013 became a defining moment in time that shouts Great Scotland. Love and condolences to the City of Glasgow and stay brave.
