Anemia (low iron in the blood) is often caused by the over - TopicsExpress

Anemia (low iron in the blood) is often caused by the over consumption of bread. Theres something in bread (phytic acid) that blocks iron absorption. Your doctor wont tell you that because they dont know that. Did you know that? I didnt and our doctors are not taught that. Of course one needs to point out you can also be anemic from a lack of vitamin B-12. As we age it can be a challenge for our bodies to absorb this, but a lack also causes mental fog, energy decrease, and other imbalances. This is something that those that are vegans have to be watchful of.
