Recruitment Agency: Smart Physician Recruiting Full Time $250,000-$330,000 Two Years to Partnership Full-time Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Chicago with an established and growing private anesthesiology group. Full Description: Immediate Full-time Bread and Butter Anesthesiologist Opportunity to join an established and growing, private anesthesia group in Chicago. Opportunity is immediate at St. Marys in Chicago. We also can do locums to full-time work as well if you would like a trial period before committing to full-time. Duties and responsibilities include: First six months of employment the anesthesiologist will handle all their own cases. After six months the anesthesiologist can supervise CRNA providers as well as doing their own cases. Bread and butter cases and OB call will be the primary duties. Call duties for OB are 8-9 times per month Compensation and benefits: $250,000 to start plus health and malpractice insurance plus a 401k plan. $300,000 within 2 years plus a path to partnership that compensates additional shares of stock for the company value 6 weeks of paid time off Definite Job or a Pending Job: Definite Job How often will Anesthesiologist be on FIRST call? Every EIGHTH night FIRST call Day off after FIRST call? Sometimes How often will Anesthesiologist be on SECOND call?
