Angel Byrd Vasquez!! Must be the day to get teary-eyed! Had an extremely elderly pt in her wheel chair and she and her husband were waiting for her transport to come and take her back to the rehab facility. He was kneeling before her wheelchair and wispering sweet things in her ear. I am afraid I got really emotional! I prayed for that closeness for me and Rick. Well… I am here to tell ya…my Ricky is a bonafide saint. Came home today and I had a wonderful surprise waiting for me! He had cleaned all the junk from the living room in prep for the Christmas decorations! A job a truly hate! Cleaned, dusted and generally made me the happiest wifey! Of course, the waterworks started up all over again! Going public with my thanks and I don’t need to wait till I’m 83 for him to kneel in front of my wheelchair (God forbid!!). He makes me happy every day!!! Thank you Ricky!! PS Lit a candle for our pt and her husband!
