In this meditation, we bask in the loving and healing energies of the angelic entities that fill this home -- and all who enter. Angels are one of the most powerful and enduring gifts of Creator to each and every person. We are born with angelic guardians who remain with us for life and can summon angelic protection and healing at any time of need. During the meditation we will call upon the angels for healing, guidance, love and protection. We also express our gratitude for their presence throughout all of our meditations here in this angelic abode. (Our gongs wont have far to move for their new meditation space -- just next door!) We use planetary and symphonic gongs, singing bowls, chimes, chanting and other sacred sounds to create the soundscape of the gong bath meditation. The meditation includes breathing work, body relaxation and guided imagery to bring us into the meditative state. We wrap up with a sharing circle that allows us to share experiences and ground ourselves before departing. The meditation lasts 90 minutes.
