Angels Silence The Hounds The game between Angels Fc and Hound Dogs held today was a very tense encounter with the final 2-1 result for Angels perhaps not a just one. Angels did manage to score first via the penalty spot which their star player Mens cooly slotted past the keeper. Hound Dogs continued to press and look for the equaliser but to no avail. The HT score remained 1-0 for Angels. During the interval though some very ugly scenes unfolded as the Angels manager, who is suspended following the Boca Debacle, tried to access the Hound Dogs dressing room to intimidate and hurl Insults at some of the Hounds. What will the GFA do following yet another total breach of conduct by the same team that had a few months ago players suspended for abusive remarks? We shall wait and see... Continuing with the game, Angels made it 2-0 with another goal by Mena who was running the show for Angels. Soon after though, Hound Dogs made it 2-1 with a stunning strike by youngster John Luke Olivera. An amazing curling shot whizzed into the top corner with the keeper well beaten...an early contender for Goal of the season for sure! The game remained 2-1 throughout although Angels and Hound Dogs had clear chances to extend their scores... 5Point4, bringing sports to you...
