Animal Services Officers Seize 12 Pit Bulls in Beaumont’s North End Beaumont, Texas: On Thursday June 27th, at approximately 08:00pm, Beaumont Animal Services Officers, were called out to 3650 Lorilee St where Beaumont Police were serving an arrest warrant. Upon arrival, Animal Services Officer Bolling found 12 pit bull dogs, all suffering from neglect and several had fresh fighting scars. All dogs were seized and are awaiting a civil seizure hearing. A seizure hearing is pending for Friday, July 5th at 11:00 a.m. in Justice of the Peace, Dollinger’s Court at the County Court House. This hearing will determine whether or not there is enough evidence to proceed with criminal charges and the fate of the dogs.
