Animal neglect is shocking i found a cat in my garden in a really bad way the other day i got the rspca to pick the cat up an i been ringing up everyday since to see how the cats getting on i was willing to claim ownership of the cat an pay for it treatment all because some tramp could not look after there cat but the cat got no better ad today it gna b put down pure animal neglect from the owner snide cunts
