Animal welfare friends, the SBACC Special Committee has been working long and hard on an ordinance revision for South Bend’s ACC ordinances. The changes we will be proposing will be very heavy on policies promoting spay/neuter. As we all seek to learn more about these exciting changes, there is a webinar this Friday discussing new spay/neuter technologies. I am planning on participating.
