Animalia Employee in need of a room, apartment or guesthouse to rent in the Franklin area. She is willing to provide basic house-keeping including laundry and happy to run errands when able (she works full time here). She is also an experienced pet sitter and would love to care for your fur-children when you are out of town. She is 25 years old and comes with one 4 year old mixed breed dog who is very obedient and gets along with most other pets after an appropriate introduction.
