Ankle feels terrible this morning. Boo! Im still stunned that the worst part is not the actual sprain - that part of the foot is doing great. But the nerve damage, the planter fasciitis, the bone chip. Grr... Regardless, I am moving. This morning, I tried my hand at some no-weight squats. Oh, remember that feeling, butt!? *Sigh* Patience. Im ready to be moving everyday as a matter of course. How fun again it will be to just be able to skip down the street! Whats driving you today?
