Anna Bells Adventure Walk: Happy Holidays, Michelle! Thank you so much for sponsoring an adventure for one of the pups at RACC. These hikes mean the world to the dogs in the shelter. It allows them some much-needed peace from the noise of the shelter and an opportunity for their personality to shine. I had the pleasure of celebrating with a 6 month old Pitbull named Anna Bell. She was full of energy at the shelter- she couldnt wait to get outside and explore! Despite all of her happy wiggles and wags, she stayed very calm in the car and relaxed on the ride to Pony Pasture. She even laid her head on my shoulder a couple times to show me her appreciation. Anna Bell and I had a blast hiking and she even got to say hello to a buddy from the shelter- she seems to be friendly and eager for any interaction with other pups. She loved running and hopping through the tall grass. Her ears are the most adorable thing- she hasnt quite grown into them all the way- they are full of character and only a small fraction of her charm. She will make someone the perfect companion or family dog. Thank you again for your generous gift to Anna Bell. She surely deserved some time out for an adventure, she was a pleasure!
