Annabel - you are right, for some reason I cant find all the days either...some seem to have disappeared for some completely unknown reason. Sorry. Boom.....Day 10; 10 chin ups using a table (oh yeah D.B!) 25 Tricep Dips. 20 bicycle curls. 20th & 21st - one day is a rest day and on the other, do all this weeks missions; Add up all the days & what do you get.......= marvelous Day 19; 50-100 mountain climbers 50-100 high knees and 50-100 star jumps Day 18; -20 Squats + 5 squat jumps -20-50 Tricep Dips -5 Sit ups + 30sec plank day 17; 15 Back extensions 15-40sec Side plank each side 15 vertical leg crunches (lie on back, legs in air, crunch up & reach for toes) Day 16; 15 single leg squats each leg, 10 press ups & 40 bicycle curls. box 15; you must dance for 2mins box number 22 - 10 - 20 side lunges each leg 50 - 100 forward punches 10-20 side kicks each leg Box 23....eeek, not long to go now! -fast feet for 20secs x3 -10 press ups -20 tricep dips -20 crunchs -10 sit-ups Box 24 - Do them all!
